Core Return Guidelines

Cores must be like for like and returned to us in a rebuildable condition. (As removed from the engine without physical damage.) We reserve the right to accept or reject cores solely at our discretion)

Shipping Method:
We will issue a UPS “RETURN SERVICE LABEL” for return shipping, at no charge to you. Our core policy is straight forward and simple:

• After installing the new / rebuilt item put core back in the original shipping box. Please drain off oil or fuel. Wrap in sturdy plastic bag if needed.
• Print & fill out Core Return Form & place form in box.
• Put the return service label over the original shipping label and drop off at your local UPS drop location.

Please ensure core is sent back using our return service label for free return shipping. Only one return label will be issued for no charge to the customer. If this label is lost or misplaced it will be the customer’s responsibility to return the core within the 15-day return period.  

Non Credit Card Orders:
All non credit card orders will require that we have a credit card on file on orders with a core value. The on file credit card will not be charged unless the core is not returned within 15 days of invoice date.

• The credit card that we have on file will be charged for the amount of the core charge shown on the invoice if we have not received old core/cores within 15 days of the invoice date.  If you cannot meet the 15 day deadline, please call us at 1-800-296-7180 to make other arrangements.

• If the core is returned after 15 days only 75% of the core charge will be refunded.

• If the core is returned after 30 days only 50% of the core charge will be refunded.
